I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 15 years of experience helping adults and teens navigate anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. I also hold a Master of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in Mental Health Counseling and am licensed (MH12177) by the Florida Department of Health to provide psychotherapy services.
