My new lifestyle journey began after a serious wake-up call with my health that changed everything. After working in corporate environments, marketing and sales, I realized that my true destiny is working with individuals who are seeking self-empowerment. Familiar with Reiki, Yoga and Qigong, I continued these practices while contemplating which direction to go next. I found myself traveling to NY

C working with a well-known health advocate, learning the proper balance for authentic wellness, balancing mind, body & spirit. Returning home, I began the in-depth studies of Ayurveda, Crystal Therapy, Aromatherapy and Sound Therapy. While on this newfound path I found that through a series of spiritual experiences that I too could help others. As I continued to learned more about the subtle body and how energies work for healing of the self and others I found myself enrolled in massage school. Being fortunate enough to attend a school with phenomenal teachers who introduced a variety of traditional and nontraditional healing modalities I was off to a great beginning in a new career. My primary practice involves the comprehensive training models from the teachings of Dr John Upledger D.O. studying; CranioSacral Therapy, Somato Emotional Release, Visceral Mobility, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Neurological Release Techniques. Incorporating the many energetic techniques such as Reiki, Energy Medicine, Crystals, Sound, AromaTherapy & Access Consciousness which have all been an integral part of my well-ness program and I am truly grateful to be able to offer it to others. It an honor and a privilege to offer these many options to our clients, their families and friends.
