With over 30 classes on the schedule, there is a class for everyone. We offer gentle, beginner and mixed level hatha, flow, power flow and specialty classes for hips and back, stress relief, pre-natal and meditation. Located upstairs, you're first greeted by the sound of windchimes. The atmosphere inside the studio is calming and light. You can feel it as soon as you walk in the door. In addition

to yoga classes we also offer meditation workshops, massage, cupping and discussion classes on the yoga philosophy and A Course in Miracles.

Malas are powerful tools. They are composed of beautiful beads that hold special significance. They help to return you back to intention and mindfulness. During this 2 hour hands-on workshop you will create your own mala necklace and learn the meaning behind the beads used. You will be fully guided through the whole making process as well as how to use your mala. As you build your mala, you will infuse it with your intention.

No prior experience is necessary. All materials will be provided. Just bring your creativity and an open heart. Join Luz for this JOYful experience of creating something beautiful and meaningful that speaks to YOU!

Start the year off with some REST 🙌🏼 Join Violette this evening for a gentle flow and deep relaxation with piano accompaniment. Allow yourself to fully restore as we go into 2025!

As candlelight fills the space, enter a deep state of stillness through yoga nidra, gently tuning your mind and body to a place of peace and balance. The RESTpractice is a blend of gentle movements and stretch, breath and body awareness, relaxation, visualization, and live music, enhancing the restorative power of the yoga practice.

Gentle adjustments and lavender aromatherapy will be offered.

There are several variations of Side Angle Pose that can provide different benefits and challenges. Swipe —-> to see a few!

▫️Parsvakonasna with a block - the block can be used to support the body and help maintain proper alignment in pose. The block can be placed on the ground next to the front foot to help lift the torso and create space in the side body. This can be especially helpful for beginners or individuals with tight hamstrings or lower back issues. The block can also be used to support the hand that is reaching towards the ground, allowing for a deeper stretch and more stability in the pose.

▫️Bound Side Angle Pose is a challenging variation that involves binding the top arm behind the back. Here are some tips to enhance to this variation!

- Warm up your body before attempting the pose, especially your hips, hamstrings, and shoulders.
- Use a block or other prop under your hand if you can’t reach the floor.
- Keep your front leg straight and your back foot grounded.
- Engage your core muscles to protect your lower back.
- Start by binding with a strap or towel if you can’t reach your hands behind your back.
- Keep your gaze focused on a fixed point to help with balance.
