Oh my gosh I can't believe this was 11 years ago already.... My sweet Charlotte May... This pregnancy has its lows, don't get me wrong, but I was feeling like a goddess and massaged for work til 39 weeks! My belly was huge and I got creative with my moves but being active as long as possible helped me so much the second time around. (I was miserable with my first at a full time desk job.)
January marks 11 times around the sun for my littlest. So hard to believe. She's so kind and thoughtful. She loves to learn about cooking and creating anything with her hands. She's quite the artist, just like her mama. What I love most is that she has chosen what she wants and revealed her talents on her own, she's never been forced to learn anything that she loves 🫶

Group sound healing sessions are commonly called “Soundbaths.” During a group experience many instruments are played to bring a sense of relaxation, meditation and wellness to the group.
Sound healing is a form of healing that uses different vibrations to heal the body, mind and spirit. It works on two principles: That different emotions vibrate at different levels, and that blocked, or unexpressed emotions, are the main source of dis-ease.
As you probably recall from your basic science classes, human bodies are 75% water, which is a great conductor for vibrations. Sound healers use instruments, such as Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, glasses, gongs and even tuning forks, that vibrate at specific frequencies when struck. These vibrations correspond to specific emotions. Relax and let the vibrations work for you.
* Healing, mind body spirit, is an inside job. It's up to you to put the work in.... But there are plenty of tools that can help you get to a better place, sound healing is just one of them.

Conscious Love.👑🌹👸Divine Feminine
Sacred Masculine !!!!!
You can love many people in your lifetime, searching for your one true love.
But an Awakened Man or Woman learns how to listen to their heart, to follow the soul’s promptings and not the advice of the ego-mind.
Ego always wants the easy way out.
It has a plan.
And it’s not for your highest good.
It coerces you to pursue a partner for all the wrong reasons. And it wants to camouflage how real love works by stimulating your senses and making you feel good.

Now, whilst there is nothing wrong with feeling good at the time, it doesn’t necessarily have any bearing on your long-term happiness and the survival of your relationship.

The soul’s way is different.
The soul works in collaboration with the divine.
It looks at the heart and decides who your perfect life partner is, someone who will love you unconditionally, someone who adores you, someone who will pour out so much love upon you that it will be difficult to take it all in. It creates beauty from the inside out.

And never think that love in itself is not enough, because it is. Love will find a way to overcome every obstacle. It will produce the environment to resolve all issues. And ultimately, it will help you write your own happily-ever-after story.

Choose wisely, go within, and listen to your soul.

Deep are the wounds women have endured for centuries.

The pain, the shame, the injustice, the injury and anger runs deep in our cellular memory...

Somehow we must find a way to renew ourselves genetically and heal inside all the way to the Core of who we are.

Consciously we believe we are no longer attached to the past, we believe that we are not our mothers, grandmothers and great grandmothers sold in slavery or subjugated.

Yet, we carry within our DNA our ancestor's sorrows...hidden deep in our subconscious, so deep that we are not even aware of it.

Because our grandmothers' and mothers' memories are still with us, we can feel them when we allow ourselves to stay in relationships that hurt so much, when we continue to allow ourselves to be used and abused, when we continue to be angry with our partners for insignificant things, when we allow to be disrespected at work or when we hide our Magnificence.

When centuries old wounds will heal deep in our veins and cells, we will no longer accept to be surrounded by those who are blind to who we are, we will be repelled by disrespect and what is insulting to our soul.

Becoming aware of these ancient wounds will open the door to healing...to restoration...to transformation...to evolution...

The day has come when we are no longer in bo***ge. Now we are free from within, responding to the calling of our heart the way it pleases us.

For we have nobody above to dictate how to feel and how to act. We are sovereign Beings, Ancient Souls now stepping into the most extraordinary awakening ever.

Never in previous times, so many of us lived life embracing a new reality, a reality based on self-respect honoring the deepest place in our heart and soul as sacred.

And it is just the beginning...Many of our brothers are also waking up from their own historical nightmare. Many are ready to soften their hearts and meet us half way, now together creating a new reality where none is above the other, but equals contributing together to the betterment of this world.

For it is not us and them, we are ONE and together we can make this world a better place for all.

"She sat at the back
and they said she was shy,
she led from the front
and they hated her pride.

They asked her advice
and then questioned
her guidance.
They branded her loud
then were shocked by her
silence.

When she shared no ambition
they said it was sad
so she told them her dreams
and they said she was mad.

They told her they'd listen
then covered their ears
and gave her a hug
whilst they laughed at her
fears.

And she listened to all of it
thinking she should
be the girl they told her to be
best as she could.

But one day she asked
what was best for herself
instead of trying to please
everyone else.

So she walked to the forest
and stood with the trees,
she heard the wind whisper
and dance with the leaves.

And she spoke to the willow,
the elm and the pine
and she told them what
she'd been told,
time after time.

She told them she never
felt nearly enough
she was either too little,
or far, far too much.

Too loud or too quiet,
too fierce or too weak,
too wise or too foolish,
too bold, or too meek.

Then she found a small clearing
surrounded by firs
and she stopped and she heard
what the trees said to her.

And she sat there for hours
not wanting to leave -
for the forest said nothing,
it just let her breathe."

Please listen carefully and try to hear what I’m not saying,
what I’d like to be able to say, what for survival I need to say,
but what I can’t say.
I don’t like hiding.
I don’t like playing superficial phony games.
I want to stop playing them.
I want to be genuine and spontaneous and me
But you’ve got to help me.
You’ve got to hold out your hand even when that’s the last thing I seem to want.
Only you can wipe away from my eyes the blank stare of the breathing dead.
Only you can call me into aliveness.
Each time you’re kind and gentle and encouraging,
Each time you try to understand because you really care,
My heart begins to grow wings – very small wings,
Very feeble wings, but wings!
With your power to touch me into feeling you can breathe life into me.
I want you to know that.
I want you to know how important you are to me,
How you can be a creator – an honest-to-God creator
Of the person that is me if you choose to.
You alone can break down the wall behind which I tremble,
You alone can remove my mask,
You alone can release me from my shadow-world of panic,
