With St. Patrick's Day just around the corner, it was a good time to make a Shamrock Salad. A little lime, pineapple, and of course lots of rainbow marshmallows made this sweet treat fun to make and even better to eat. Mitzy, Misako and Nancy had a wonderful time mixing the ingredients together and sharing a festive treat for their other friends in the Garden that was just as cheerful as the holiday itself.
