Each one of us can help by being the best of who we are every day. Offer thoughts of gratitude and uplifting energy to All that is. Feel that sense of unconditional love as your heart beats.

"Be awake and mindful with your thinking and your time each day; you will notice more energy coming from Source to you. Your fears can be released, allow your Self to see them. Do not hide behind them, look at them for how they have served you and move on - thanking them for their service.
Source is with you always, whether you see or listen not, loving the magnificence of your Being, loving the gifts of who you are. You can trust your connection and know that where you are is perfect for you in this time and space."
