Starting Monday, Sept. 29, S. 4th Ave. by the hospital will be closed for street repairs through Tuesday, Oct. 7.

➡️ If you have an appointment, please enter our parking lot by turning south off W. Summit St. onto S. 3rd Ave. From there, you’ll be able to access:
• ER (North Main entrance)
• Health Trust Physicians Clinic
• Med/Surg (south entrance)
• Senior Life Solutions (Chestnut Building)

We recommend adding a few extra minutes for travel, especially during school traffic hours.

Chances are, many of you already know Missy. She’s been a familiar face in our community for years as a coach’s wife, busy mom of three, and an active supporter of local sports and activities. Now, we’re thrilled to welcome her in a new role here at Madison County Health Care System!

With over 13 years of experience in retail, clinical, and sports nutrition, Missy brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for making nutrition practical and doable for every patient. She will be seeing all of our dietary consults and providing diabetes education to patients. She is also a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD).

When she’s not guiding patients through healthy lifestyle changes, you’ll find her cheering from the sidelines, baking something delicious, or enjoying a good cup of coffee. ☕

September is 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 (PAD) Awareness Month, and our wound care team is raising awareness on the importance of wound care for patients with PAD using a simple tool: a white sock. Our white socks symbolize those who have received a PAD-related amputation. For those with PAD, wound care is essential to preventing amputations.
