Here's a little mid-year momentum ~
On average, clients report feeling completely pain-free for three days after receiving massage therapy. Some say they feel none of their normal aches and pains even ten days after their last massage.
Oftentimes, the morning stiffness and afternoon fatigue become a part of the routine. So, imagine for a moment, how liberating it feels to go days without any pain to manage.

Who wants a massage this week?!
There are a few changes happening at MW Holisticas lately and it’s about time I shared something truly special with you. Why the crystals, you ask?
They are my way of incorporating the earth element. My practice was built on the five element theory (TCM) and throughout every appointment we pay respect to all the elements.
These lovely rocks pictured offer relief in a variety of ways, but the client favorite is always when added as hot/cold stone therapy.
Crystals hold frequency, measured in hertz. Proven to provide healing and balance to our body through our energetic systems, such as our chakras and meridians.
Even the skeptics agree, when they hold a rock they feel grounded.

My name is Maggie but you can always call me Friend. I’m the owner, bodyworker, and student of M.W Massage Therapy & Holistic Health Study. I was born and raised in Iowa, and sometimes I’m still growing [up] across the globe. I have been practicing as a licensed massage therapist since 2010, advancing my career when I became a certified personal trainer in 2012. Then in 2018 I traveled to Chang Mai, Thailand to study Thai-Yoga Massage.
I find my happy place is where my holistic studies meet my wanderlust spirit, and I have over 5 years, 50 states, and 13 countries worth of meaningful stories to prove it. Being a well-traveled midwesterner massage therapist means I am as authentic as they come.
