Three aches and pains we are constantly asked to address in class: low back pain, aching shoulders, and tight hips ⭐️

Many of our students tell us that they didn’t realize how much yoga was designed to address these sites, specifically.

⭐️ these areas are asking for your attention.

Everyday habits can become everyday pains when we are unaware of how we hold ourselves.

🌼 Yoga isn’t about forcing flexibility or chasing a perfect posture. It’s about teaching your body patterns that support itself.

In yoga we learn how to distribute effort instead of dumping into these “tired” places.

The good news is – your body is incredibly trainable. With the right patterns and repetition, we learn balance ✅

Just a reminder that Power & Poise is now offered twice a week 💪✨

If strength training has ever felt intimidating, this class was made to change that.

Power & Poise focuses on simple, supportive strength work paired with great music and a welcoming room.

You’ll build muscle, improve balance, and feel more confident in your body… without feeling like you have to “keep up” or prove anything.

It’s strength for real life: lifting groceries, carrying kids, standing taller, and feeling steadier in your body as you move through your day.

🗓 Class times:

• Thursdays at 5:30pm
• Saturdays at 8:00am

Beginner-friendly. Confidence-building. Always welcoming.

Big news for February…
Power & Poise is officially leveling up to TWO days per week. 💪✨

If you’ve been curious about strength training but didn’t know where to start, this is your sign.

Power & Poise blends approachable strength work with a fun, encouraging atmosphere that makes moving your body feel less like pressure and more like connection.

Instead of Peace in the Practice on Thursdays at 5:30pm, you can now up your strength training with Kelli and build the kind of power that supports real life.

If you’re ready to lift some weights, show up to move, and feel good in your body while you do it then this is for you.

This class blends strength, rhythm, and confidence into something that feels as fun as it is effective.

🗓 New schedule for Power and Poise with Kelli starting in February:
