The Golden Morning Reset is a free guide filled with calming rituals, gentle movement, nervous system support, cozy wellness practices, and nourishing recipes for both you and your pup (though the pup part is always optional around here 🤍).

This little offering has been quietly brewing behind the scenes while building Yoga with Goldens, and I’m really excited to finally start sharing this world with you.

We’re starting to dream up something really special for early October 2027.
Think slow mornings in the Tuscan countryside… yoga with vineyard views, cooking alongside a local chef, wandering little villages for wine tastings, olive oil and art, and long dinners outside as the sun sets over the hills. The kind of retreat where the pace softens, the wine flows, and you actually have time to breathe it all in.
Nothing is officially launched yet, we’re just exploring the idea and seeing who might feel called to something like this.
