Pup Love Yoga 🦮

Join us for gentle movement yoga practice, playful energy, and lots of golden puppy snuggles. This heart-and-mind-boosting experience is designed to bring lightness to your body and a smile to your soul. Whether you’re stretching in stillness or getting lovingly trampled by tiny paws, you’ll leave feeling grounded, giggly, and deeply nourished.

Puppy yoga is also a wonderful way for the pups to socialize and meet new people before heading off to their forever homes—helping them build confidence and connection through calm, positive play.

Pup snuggles generously provided by France Family Goldens (Vienna, Maine).

A portion of proceeds will go toward providing pup supplies to a local animal shelter—which is pawsitively awesome, if you ask us.
Have something you’d like to donate? We’ll have a donation box on-site for new or gently used pet supplies!

*Please note: space is intentionally limited to ensure a cozy experience and protect the pups’ well-being.
