5 days. A gentle place to begin again.

If you’ve been circling this… wondering if there’s a different way to move through perimenopause or menopause, this might be your opening.

This transition isn’t something happening to you.

It’s something your body is moving through, and you get to be in relationship with it.

“5 Days of Menopause Rituals” is a collection of simple, meaningful practices—shared by 6 holistic practitioners—woven through daily life.

Nothing extreme. Nothing overwhelming.

Just small shifts that support your body, your rhythms, your nervous system.

Think: nourishment, rhythm, grounding, and care that actually fits your life.

🎉 Early Bird Offer — just $10!

You’ll also get:
✅ Lifelong access to all session recordings
✅ A community of women walking this path with you
✅ A digital recipe book from all our experts

I’m starting to see this differently.

This slowing.
This in-between.
This lack of clarity and direction.

My body already knows this rhythm.

Through my cycle.
Through my bleed, where things quiet, soften, and reset.

Nothing about this is wrong.

This is a pattern I’ve been living again and again…..and am only just learning to trust.

If you’re in an in-between space too — where things feel unclear, slow, or stuck — you’re not off track.

You might just be in a different phase of the cycle.

If you want to explore this more deeply — the connection between our bodies, our cycles, our hormones, our rhythms — come join me on Substack. Things are much slower and gentler over there 🤍

You don’t need a complicated diet plan. You need to understand what your body is actually asking for right now. 🌿

During perimenopause and menopause, so much shifts — your metabolism, your hunger cues, your relationship with food itself. And most women are still eating the way they did a decade ago, wondering why nothing feels quite right anymore. 🌸

As a Naturopathic Doctor, food is one of the most powerful tools I work with — and the changes that make the biggest difference are always the simplest ones. ✨

I’m so excited to be part of Osh Wellness’s “5 Days of Menopause Rituals” starting May 4 — a truly special webinar series bringing together holistic wisdom for women navigating this transition.

In my session on Friday, we’re going back to basics — nourishing, grounding, easy daily food habits that work with your changing body, not against it. No restrictive diets. No overwhelm. Just real, lasting change. 💛

The world is heavy right now. So much is changing and shifting in and all around us.

I feel it and I know so many of you feel it too.

Here’s your invitation to be held in a space where you can soften for a few moments, breathe and reconnect with yourself in a different way.

Aries New Moon Circle tomorrow night, Thursday 4/16.

If you’ve been hovering on the edge of joining something like this…
this is me gently saying: you’re allowed to come exactly as you are.

No expectations.
No performance.
No need to “get it right.”

You don’t need to be deeply spiritual.
You don’t need to have a perfect morning routine.
You don’t need to know what you’re doing.

You can come curious.
You can come unsure.
You can come quiet.

You can even just listen the whole time.
So many women who join for the first time feel this same hesitation and then realize how deeply nourishing it is to simply be in a space where nothing is being asked of you.

Just presence.
Just honesty.
Just a moment to reconnect.

If something in you is softly nudging you toward this, I encourage you to trust that.

The threshold is a strange place to be.

Something is ending.

But the next thing hasn’t arrived.

It’s uncomfortable.

It’s vulnerable.

And it asks for a kind of trust that doesn’t come easily.

But I’m starting to see this space differently.

Not as something to rush through, as many of us were conditioned, but as something to give space to and listen to.

It’s a space that’s actually shaping what comes next.

If you’re in a transition, in-between, or questioning roles you’ve outgrown, you’re not alone in this.

And if you’re wanting a space to be in that without needing answers, just a willingness to listen for what’s quietly taking shape …

You’re invited to gather with me in this month’s New Moon Circle 🌑

A space to slow down, to reflect, and to meet yourself right here in the in-between.

I’d love to meet you there.

I’m closing a big, very meaningful chapter of my life.

And one of the most honest things I can say right now is this:
I still don’t have a fully formed answer for what’s next.
That’s unfamiliar territory for me.

I’ve always been someone who moves with direction. Someone who thinks ahead, plans, organizes, and creates structure.

So being in a space where something has ended, and the next thing hasn’t clearly arrived?

It brings up a lot.
Discomfort.
Uncertainty.
Moments of questioning.

There’s a part of me that wants to rush through this.
To land somewhere new as quickly as possible so I can feel grounded again.

But I’m noticing that impulse, and choosing something different.

I’m choosing to stay in the discomfort and the unknown.
Not because it’s easy.
But because I know there’s something really important here.

Something I wouldn’t access if I moved too quickly.
I also know I’m not alone in this.

And the more I talk about this, the more I realize how many of us are here right now — burnout, transition, questioning, reimagining.

If that’s you too, you’re not doing it wrong.
You’re just in a space that doesn’t get talked about enough.

I’ll be sharing more about what this space is teaching me over the next week 🤍

And if you’re craving a space to be in this kind of moment.

Not having the answers, but being willing to listen for what’s emerging…

I’m hosting an Aries New Moon Circle 🌑 on Thursday, April 16th.

A space to pause, to reflect, and to gently notice what you may be outgrowing, and what’s beginning to take shape.

I’d love to see you there.

In January, I made the decision to close my clinical practice. Even writing that still feels big.

This work has been such a meaningful part of my life—years of supporting patients through complex, intimate, and often vulnerable transitions. There is so much I will always carry from this chapter.

And at the same time, something in me knew it was complete.

Not in a dramatic way.
Not in a burn-it-all-down kind of way.
But in a quieter, more honest way.

A sense that the way I had been working was no longer fully aligned with my nervous system, my family, or the direction I feel pulled toward now.

There is grief in that.
And also relief.

And underneath both, a small but steady thread of excitement.

The part that felt most unfamiliar?

I didn’t have a clear plan for what comes next.

And I chose to do it anyway.

That alone feels like a shift for me.

I want to share more about what this season has been like. The in-between, the uncertainty, and what it’s been teaching me.

If you’ve ever closed a chapter without knowing what’s next, you probably know this space.

This post feels small in the context of everything unfolding in the world right now.

And at the same time spaces like this — where we slow down, reconnect, and remember what actually matters — feel more important than ever.

Because the way we move, choose, and tend to ourselves is the world we’re re-creating.

——
Spring energy can feel like a surge of ideas, motivation, momentum, a desire to finally move.

But just because the energy for forward movement is available, doesn’t mean you have to use all of it.

That edge between inspiration and urgency?
That’s where burnout begins.

Not because your desires are too much, but because we’ve been taught to act on them immediately.

To prove something.
To keep up.
To not fall behind.

But your fire doesn’t need to be rushed to be real.

In fact, the most sustainable, aligned things you build are often the ones you tend slowly.

Next week’s new moon is an invitation to do it differently.
To protect your energy.
To move with intention.
To choose what actually matters.

We’ll be practicing exactly that inside this month’s circle.

Together, we’ll ground into the current themes, move through a mindfulness practice, and plant intentions for the cycle ahead.

There’s a moment in every transition where nothing feels fully clear yet.

You’ve outgrown something, but what’s next hasn’t fully taken shape.

It can feel uncomfortable.
Unsteady.
Even a little disorienting.

And the instinct is often to rush.

Rush to figure it out, make a plan, move forward.

But what if this moment isn’t asking you to move faster, but to listen more intently and deeply?

With the new moon next week, I’m opening a space to honor that in-between.

A space to slow down enough to hear what’s actually true.

To discern what’s yours to carry forward, and what isn’t.

To set intentions that feel grounded, not forced.

If you’re navigating a threshold right now, internally or externally, you don’t have to do it alone.

Together, we’ll:

☽ ground into the current astrology and seasonal themes
☽ move through a mindfulness practice
☽ plant intentions for the next cycle ahead

Some of the most capable, compassionate women I know are also the most exhausted.

They are holding businesses.
Holding families.
Holding teams.
Holding communities.

And doing it with very little space to be held themselves.

Leadership in small communities can be especially heavy. The responsibility is relational. The impact is personal. And stepping back isn’t always simple.

But sustainable leadership requires reflection.
It requires support.

It requires moments where you are not the one carrying everything.

The Way Forward is a one-day retreat for women who lead — at work, at home, in the community — and who are ready to explore a more grounded, embodied, and shared way of leading. I am co-leading with the incredible Tania Gonzalez Ortega. ✨🌈🌀💕

The world is moving through profound change, and many of us are feeling it in our bodies, our lives, and in the way we are being asked to show up.

Something is calling us toward a different way forward — even if we don’t yet have words for it.

It is becoming clearer that the old ways are no longer holding.

This is a time that asks for pause before urgency and rushing — not to turn away from what is happening, but to meet it with greater presence, clarity, and collective care.

If you are craving a place to land, reflect, and move forward more intentionally, you are warmly invited to The Way Forward retreat with Tania Gonzalez Ortega and me.

The world feels loud right now.

So many of us are carrying more than our share — responsibility, urgency, grief, expectations. It’s easy to slip into the belief that the only way forward is to push harder or move faster.

But what if that’s not true?

Yes, we need to dismantle the systems that are no longer working. But we cannot use the same mentality and energy that created the broken systems to respond and rebuild.

This moment is asking for something different — not more force, but more presence. Not urgency, but intention. Not isolation, but relational and community-oriented.

I’ve been feeling this deeply in my own life. And it’s part of why I’m co-creating The Way Forward with Tania Gonzalez Ortega a one-day women’s retreat just before the Spring Equinox.

This day isn’t about escaping what’s happening in the world. It’s about grounding into our bodies and hearts so we can meet it differently. It’s about stepping out of the noise and into honest, supportive conversation with other women who are also asking:

What am I no longer willing to carry?
What kind of future do I want to help shape?

How do we move forward in a way that’s sustainable — for ourselves and for the world?

We’ll move, reflect, breathe, and spend time in ritual and nature. We’ll gather in circle — not to fix the world, but to listen and remember that we’re not alone in this.

No forcing clarity.
No performance.

Just space to pause at the threshold and consider a different way forward.

If this speaks to something in you, I’d love to have you join us.
