In The Moment Yoga offers yoga classes with Georgeane, a 500 hour registered yoga instructor. Georgeane offers a variety of yoga classes including vinyasa, yin and trauma -informed yoga and is available for private instruction and semi private lessons. Georgeane brings an intuitive approach to her classes, combining skillful instruction and intelligent sequencing suited to her audience. Her careful attention and playful style encourages students to explore their practice with awareness of body and breath. Dedicated to helping women become empowered, she also offers alternative health practices including hypnotherapy, body focusing, chakra balancing, energy work and meditation and mind set coaching. She is trained in neurolinguistic programming and Tine Line Therapy. In The Moment Yoga also features a product line of beautiful hand- poured soy candles, aromatherapy mists and essential oils, energy kits, crystals and smudge sticks. Special Class Wednesday, February 4th 7 pm

Nervous System Reset: This class combines gentle yoga, intentional breath work and energy healing to help regulate the nervous system.

Join myself and Gina Ferragamo ( level 3 reiki practitioner ) for a 90 minute class that will create the conditions for deep regulation and renewal.

Drawing from both neuroscience and subtle energy practices, this class supports the nervous system’s natural ability to move from stress into a rest and restore state. Gentle, mindful yoga postures help release held tension, improve body awareness, and foster a sense of grounded presence.

Slow, intentional breathwork supports emotional regulation, calms the mind, and enhances vagal tone. Reiki supports nervous system regulation by promoting relaxation and encouraging the body’s innate healing responses.

Chakra awareness and energy healing are woven into the experience to support balance and flow within the energetic body, complementing the physical and breath-based practices.
The class concludes with an extended guided relaxation, allowing time for integration, deep rest, and the full benefits of the practice to settle into the body and nervous system.

This class is suitable for all bodies and especially supportive for those experiencing stress, overwhelm, fatigue, or anyone seeking a gentle, nurturing approach to self-regulation.

This is Rebel. He enjoys overseeing things here at the studio like greeting folks when they arrive, nuzzling those who the enjoy it and mimicking yoga poses, especially savasana.

He is often referred to as a therapy cat as he always knows who most needs his loving company on a given day.

For those yogis who prefer a cat free envvironment, no issues, he simply doesn’t attend.

Tuesday 10 am dee stretch yoga

Saturday, December 20 th 3pm

Join me for a powerful 90-minute Winter Solstice Yin and Restorative Yoga practice to honor the earth’s long night and listen to the quiet wisdom she offers.

As nature turns inward, softens, and conserves her light, we too are called to reflect, restore, and reconnect with the deeper layers of our human spirit.

This time of year offers a profound opportunity to pause at the edge of the season, to gather in community, and to remember that our inner cycles mirror the natural world around us.

Guided by my nature-centered teachings, we’ll embrace slow, grounding yin postures held in cozy candlelight, supported by comfortable props, ritual, and spacious stillness. You’ll be encouraged to rest like winter’s quiet woods, root down like the sleeping earth, and trust the return of your own inner light.

As we near year’s end, this practice becomes a sanctuary for reflection, emotional regulation, and soulful renewal. We will close with a deeply relaxing guided meditation, allowing your body, mind, and spirit to settle into harmony with the season’s gentle call inward.
