📣 I have some sad news for my massage clients out there…
Unfortunately I have developed a life altering autoimmune disease that, among other undesirable symptoms, has severely affected my muscles and joints. This started in early November, as many of my long time clients know. I got a diagnosis last week. MCTD. Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. This is NOT a death sentence and in fact I could return to some kind of normal, that’s my plan ☺️…however
I have decided not to return to my work as a massage therapist, not because I don’t have hope that I will regain my function, but mostly because I have had the opportunity to gain new perspective. I need more time with my family.

➡️ I will continue to offer injections 💉through my medi spa and Erica Dailey is taking on all of my clients in my studio as well as new clients! 🙌
I have been referred to the VA in MA for management as this is a rare autoimmune disease. I hope for treatment to start soon and regain my life.
Please know this was an extremely difficult decision for me. I have loved bringing pain relief and healing to my community. I have learned so much from each and every person I have laid my hands on.
I have a beautiful space to rent if anyone knows a MT looking!!

So proud of the Winthrop Track team! Hunter and Kolby both made it to MVCs. Kolby took 1st place in Javelin with 136.1’! I’m so proud of Hunter for making it to MVCs as a freshman. He has 3 more years to leave a mark! 🥇
