Our next Beginner Yoga session with Jen starts next Monday, May 5, at 5:30 pm and runs through May 19. This will be a 3-week series for $50. If you’d like to join us, you can sign up at lulusbarn.com/class!

This Beginners Series is designed for students new to yoga, focusing on building a solid foundation through slow-paced instruction, detailed guidance on basic poses, and breathing techniques. Jen offers a supportive environment where modifications are offered to ensure accessibility for all levels. These classes emphasize proper alignment, form, and body awareness, fostering a sense of comfort and confidence in the practice.
