Why a workshop?
My Osteoporosis Yoga classes focus on building bone while protecting our joints through weight bearing and resistance in postures. This is great, but it's only one part of the package toward bone health.
The Worshops and/or Retreats provide the rest of the package; education about causes, testing, correct diagnosis, supplementation, nutrition, and so much more. I want women to know all this information, which is why I offer such opportunities.
