Happy June!!!
Last night we had a zoom meeting for those who have attended an Osteoporosis workshop or retreat with me to have a discussion on whatever questions or concerns they may have. It was really great so I will host a monthly discussion/support meeting every month. Stay tuned for the July date.

Did you know that I teach weekly, online Osteoporosis Yoga classes? My classes are Mondays at 5:00pm and Friday mornings at 9:00. Classes are deep and calming while focusing on bone health and safety. We work hard to weight our bones and strengthen our muscles. We also focus on stability in our joints, core strength and balance. The beauty of online classes is the convenience of taking class in your own home. As a result we have students coming from all over the country. Come try a free first class.

Last weekend we had a most wonderful Osteoporosis Retreat at Ferry Beach Retreat center in S**o, ME. An amazing group of women from ME, NH and MA. So much shared!! The weather did not dampen our spirits at all!! We even got out for sunrise meditation and a walk on the beach. Like I said, an amazing group of women!!
