Why a retreat??
A retreat is a very wonderful and powerful experience. Learning and sharing with other women who are on a similar bone journey can't be beat. There is a great deal of learning time, you go home with a huge packet of information and ongoing support. We eat, move and breath bone health the whole weekend. We address complete and correct diagnosis, treatment options, supplements, nutrition, absorption and so much more. We practice laughter yoga, we meditate, we have a campfire sing along, we walk on trails adjacent to our lodge, we eat delicious (catered) bone healthy food as well as lots of snacks made by me. All dietary needs will be addressed. We of course practice bone and joint healthy yoga. We work hard to weight our bones and strenthen our muscles safely. No yoga experience needed. All this happens at a most beautiful place in Tuftonboro, NH.

Happy June!!!
Last night we had a zoom meeting for those who have attended an Osteoporosis workshop or retreat with me to have a discussion on whatever questions or concerns they may have. It was really great so I will host a monthly discussion/support meeting every month. Stay tuned for the July date.
