Congratulations to Heidi Kilburg for being North Shore's Business Office Manager of the Month!
Over the past 12 years, Heidi has been an incredible part of our team and a true example of growth, dedication, and heart. Beginning her journey as a CNA, she quickly made a lasting impact through her compassion, positivity, and genuine care for both residents and staff. Her hard work and commitment led her into the role of Business Office Assistant, and she has since continued to thrive as our Business Office Manager. Heidi is often described as every new hire’s “first friend” because of the welcoming and supportive way she takes the time to get to know each person who joins our team. She is also lovingly known as the “party planner” for her thoughtfulness, creativity, and remarkable attention to detail that helps make every celebration special. As she has grown into the BOM role, she has become an outstanding resource and leader, always willing to learn, help, and support those around her. It has been truly inspiring to watch Heidi grow throughout the years, and we are excited to see all she will continue to accomplish in the future.
