This video depicts 8 needles for the left knee. There are two 2-inch needles in the joint space of the knee and there is one needle in the VMO, VLO and one in the quadriceps tendon. There is also a 1 inch needle in the patella tendon as well as 1 inch needle in the saphenus nerve and the common fibular nerve homeostatic points.

Almost every time I am Dry Needling someone in the clinic, my patient asks if I ever get dry needling done too. The answer is a resounding YES! I practice what I preach, and I understand the benefits of Dry Needling and encourage anyone to try it. Dry Needling helps with decreasing inflammation, improving healing and resetting your neurophysiology. Even if you are afraid of needles, I encourage you to give it a try. And unless you absolutely need it, I promise not to put any needles in your face 👌.
