Life is too short to be living it on someone else’s terms, to be worried about what everyone thinks of us, and to do anything other than what we really feel and want to do. We come here to create a life that makes us happy, not one that pleases or suits everybody else. So many of us forget that, and we do what we ‘should do’ or what makes our parents happy or what society says will make us happy and ‘successful’.

I forgot that somewhere along the way, but I remember now so I’m changing, and I want to find other people who forgot that too, so we can connect, and build community, and help each other do things differently.

Everyday in every way I let go of this situation as I move forward in my life.

Repeating this affirmation several times will help you let go of situations that are keeping you stuck. Reflecting on 2023, is there an area or situation where are you stuck in the past? Something that hurts, something that makes you resentful, or shameful or angry? Replace that hurt, resentment, shame and anger with this positive affirmation and help yourself let go so you can move into a brighter 2024! ✨️
