Over the next few months I will be rolling out my new ✨Curated Experiences✨

These sessions have been carefully crafted with a specific path and outcome in mind. I will have the chance to highlight and bring together aspects of massage and bodywork that are often overlooked or not offered but are so very, very wonderful.

The first session I have put together for you is “The Crown”. It will be a hydrotherapy modality at its core and will primarily treat the shoulders, neck, and head. It will include passive stretching, warm towels and stones, MTR, acupressure, warm oil pouring (Shirodhara), weighted cool compress, and a halo water massage. To end the session you will have the option of a shampoo and conditioner treatment or to leave your session in a hair mask and silk head wrap.

It’s a perfect reminder that you have control of the energy you put into the world AND the energy you allow to reach and influence you. I think now more than ever we need to not just be aware of that power but also use it to protect our peace.

🌸 Summer Schedule Update 🌼
• Starting in May, I will be coming to Pender for massages on Thursday instead of Wednesday and will no longer be coming on Saturdays. I'm scheduled to be in Pender on May 16th, June 13th, July 11th, and August 8th. Books are open for each date now. Contact me directly to get on the waiting list.
• For Wayne, my massage books are only open 25 days out so regulars/existing clients can get first dibs. 🫶🏼
• I am working Memorial Day and currently have an opening at 12:30. Contact me directly to book.

Eight years! 🎉
My anniversary was last month and I completely forgot! Business is hella crazy, softball has started, my oldest is graduating and getting ready for college, oh and I’m working on being a sourdough mom! 🤪 I was just going to let it pass but then I remembered why I celebrate it. Every year is one more year I get to live my dream and that’s really important to me. Wild Moon is my baby and I am allowed the privilege to continue to do what I love everyday thanks to you. So… nothing fancy to celebrate this year. Just a simple thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Wild Moon is now a VA Community Care Provider for Massage Therapy! Veterans can now receive FREE MASSAGE AND BODYWORK at Wild Moon! 🎉

🫶🏼 Safe human contact paired with highly skilled physical manipulation of the body is one of the most powerful healing options available (and has been since the beginning of time). By directly and indirectly stimulating the systems of the body, massage facilitates the body’s ability to reestablish homeostasis. It is an ideal complementary catalyst for the challenges Veterans face today, especially for those hoping to avoid opioids, prescription side effects, or navigating other OTC medications and supplements. I have worked with Veterans and their individual challenges my entire career and have seen firsthand the powerful aid it can be for chronic and acute pain management, mobility, anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, cognitive function, and other medical conditions unique to Veterans.

If you are a Veteran or care for a Veteran who could benefit from free massage and bodywork, please contact your VA Primary Care Provider for a referral (you know the drill 😉). Once I receive authorization from the VA, we will know what you’re approved for and you will be contacted to schedule your appointments. I am working on a Q&A page for my website and once it’s complete it will be linked here.
