Bones are the foundation - October 20th is World Osteoporosis Day. Did you know that bone density naturally decreases as we age, but YOU have the power to slow it down? Strong bones mean fewer fractures, better posture, and maintaining your independence for years to come.

5 Ways to Build Stronger Bones Starting Today:
🥬 Eat bone-building foods - Load up on calcium-rich foods like leafy greens, dairy, almonds, and sardines. Don't forget vitamin D (sunshine + fatty fish) to help your body absorb that calcium!
🏋️‍♀️ Do weight-bearing exercises - Walking, jogging, dancing, and strength training force your bones to work against gravity, making them denser and stronger. Aim for 30 minutes most days.
