✔️Get Regular Chiropractic Adjustments
Routine chiropractic care helps maintain proper spinal alignment and supports nervous system function. Adjustments can reduce tension, improve posture, and enhance mobility, contributing to long-term spinal health.

✔️Practice Good Posture
Whether sitting or standing, keep your head aligned over your shoulders and your shoulders over your hips. Avoid slouching to reduce strain on your spinal discs and muscles.

✔️Stay Active & Strengthen Core Muscles
Regular movement including low-impact exercise like walking, yoga, or Pilates strengthens the muscles that support your spine and enhances flexibility. A strong core in particular helps stabilize your back.

✔️Use Proper Lifting Techniques
