Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists was founded in 1994 by Jeffrey Sirabian. Since 1994, PPTS has grown and expanded to 21 locations throughout Southeast Michigan. PPTS provides Sports Medicine care to Professional, Collegiate, and High School Athletes. Our licensed clinicians are trained in a variety of different specialties, such as, Hand Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Spine, and Women's Health. W

🧘‍♀️ On Saturday, PPTS was proud to be part of Yoga at the Big House at Michigan Stadium, joining over 1,000 community members for a day focused on movement and wellness.

We hosted a table at the event, and Ann Arbor PT Emma led an educational session on pelvic health, helping raise awareness and start important conversations about this often overlooked area of care.We’re grateful for the opportunity to connect, educate, and support our community beyond the clinic.

Meet the Staff Monday 💪

Say hello to Nicole Bristow, PT, DPT — Clinic Director at PPTS Jackson! Nicole brings over 14 years of experience and a passion for personalized, patient-first care. Her journey into PT started after recovering from a major volleyball injury as a teen, and now she helps others return to doing what they love.

She specializes in orthopedic rehab, post-surgical recovery, and sports injuries — and brings energy, compassion, and positivity to every session. Outside the clinic, she enjoys gardening, fishing, riding ATVs, and staying active with her husband, family, and her cat, Paws.
