This past Monday, BILT, Inc. was thrilled to attend 50th Annual Convention & Expo: 50 Years Together: Celebrating Today, Shaping Tomorrow 🏙️ at the Marriott Copley Place Hotel in Boston.

Throughout the day, our ⭐ team (Christina Gravina, M.Ed, BCBA, LABA, Chelsea Clain, Jennifer Seller, Myra Majewski, Fiona Herring, Virginia Galvan, Andrea Murphy, and Murphy Hagerty) explored educational workshops, visited exhibitors/vendors, and networked with other attendees with ties to the community-based human services sector.

We left with abundant knowledge and motivation to serve 🦸‍♂️ 🦸‍♀️ more...in jobs we already love. 🫶 🧸

Virginia consistently brings a positive and supportive attitude to her work. She is quick to assist individuals in reaching their goals and has a natural ability to build strong, trusting relationships with both the clients she supports and her coworkers.
Since joining BILT, Virginia has proven to be a fast learner, taking on new responsibilities with confidence and care. She ensures that intakes are completed thoroughly and that annual meetings are supported with well-prepared progress reports and assessments.
Virginia, thank you for your dedication, your advocacy for clients, and your incredible work ethic. We truly appreciate all that you do and are so glad to have you on the team!

Joining the Sala de Honores for 2025🏆

The Alianza Award is presented to an organization (association, association management company, non-profit, vendor*) that has contributed toward more inclusive Latino leadership, representation, and culture in the workplace, community, and/or organization.

Christina Gravina is the CEO and Founder of Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. (BILT), a nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities.
With over 15 years in the Human Services field, she is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s in Education in Curriculum and Design in Applied Behavior Analysis. Christina has worked in a variety of roles—from direct care staff to residential director to behaviorist—giving her a deep understanding of individualized, person-centered supports.

"Receiving the Alianza Award is a true honor, as it affirms our commitment at Bridging Independent Living Together (BILT) to advancing Latino leadership, representation, and culture in our work and communities. This recognition highlights the partnerships we’ve built, ensuring services are inclusive, accessible, and reflective of cultural values. Most importantly, it shows the individuals and families we serve that their voices and contributions are celebrated", says Christina.

Christina is known for creating flexible programs that honor each individual’s voice and cultural identity to ensure services are accessible, inclusive, and reflective of their values. Christina’s leadership blends advocacy, innovation, and compassion, empowering individuals and families to thrive.
