John “Jack” Jaggers started out as a Skills Trainer two years ago, working for us in between UConn 🐺college sessions. The time in between and without Jack seemed endless and it was common to overhear clients and staff inquire “Where is Jack?”
For the past 10 months, we’ve been happy to report that upon graduating with his BS in Political Science, Jack is (in fact) back and this time fulltime as a Senior Skills Trainer. He is a perennial ray of sunshine ☀️and a client and family favorite. Staff have also commented on Jack’s pleasant and personable manner, and his growing client base has equipped him well in being able to train more staff members and lead group sessions—imparting quality and positivity.

We are just elated to have Jack on our team, and for some reason 🤔, we see a future politician in the making.

🗳️ ☑️ Go Jack 🇺🇲!

Helping Hands Volunteering 🤝

Did you know that every Tuesday afternoon our individuals head out into the community to volunteer?

Each week, we build job skills by helping at different local sites.

Tasks may include shopping, stocking, organizing, office work, food prep, walking animals, and watering plants.

We love supporting our community!
