Christina Gravina is the CEO and Founder of Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. (BILT), a nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities.
With over 15 years in the Human Services field, she is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s in Education in Curriculum and Design in Applied Behavior Analysis. Christina has worked in a variety of roles—from direct care staff to residential director to behaviorist—giving her a deep understanding of individualized, person-centered supports.
"Receiving the Alianza Award is a true honor, as it affirms our commitment at Bridging Independent Living Together (BILT) to advancing Latino leadership, representation, and culture in our work and communities. This recognition highlights the partnerships we’ve built, ensuring services are inclusive, accessible, and reflective of cultural values. For our organization, it amplifies our mission, inspires deeper collaboration, and reinforces the message that diversity and representation are essential to quality care. Most importantly, it shows the individuals and families we serve that their voices and contributions are celebrated", says Christina.
Christina is known for creating flexible programs that honor each individual’s voice and cultural identity to ensure services are accessible, inclusive, and reflective of their values. Christina’s leadership blends advocacy, innovation, and compassion, empowering individuals and families to thrive.
