It’s not too often (ok pretty much never) that I point people towards a particular product or information source. is an exception to that. I’ve found over the years of listening to these episodes that his information presented is very broad spectrum and applicable, especially his recent episode #493 where he gets into some different ideas and methods for athletic longevity. As an aging former athlete I can resonate with the ideals of novel and effective balancing of workouts. I don’t train other people anymore however training oneself can be enough of a challenge, especially with the rigors of a sports therapy practice, and maintaining a family life as well. Give it a listen.

We are hiring…sports medicine oriented chiropractic physician with knowledge of soft tissue techniques and therapeutic exercise is quite helpful. Further knowledge of clinical and functional neurology is even more of a plus. We will be willing to train in our own methodologies including athlete screenings (movement/Biomechanical/neurological) and Neuro therapies with both cognitive and neurobiomechanical foundations. Push/pull/sideways/backwards/crossovers/laterals/upper push/upper pull/turns…etc. 1 hour 16 min. Max hr 206, rested return to 80 in 10 minutes. So much garbage about workload management these days. After a great conversation with Coach John over at there seems to be too much load management and not enough load these days. Just because your training facility says 2-3 days of training a week is good doesn’t mean it’s true. If you want to manage load while they manage money and you never rise above everyone else…we’ll, that’s just so great. Maybe the whole team will get a trophy. Starters start, the rest are just holding clipboards.

Strength training and performance enhancement begins with the Here we are down regulating primitive reflexes for goaltenders at the in Massachusetts to allow for access to movement traits they would otherwise not be able access on the ice. Movements like post to post slides and, accuracy of glove and waffle, and not to mention keeping the performance killer “flinch” at bay. Speed and power are what separates the good from the great.
