Our Story
The Advanced Dermatology Center located in Wolcott, Connecticut offers various Dermatological and Aesthetic services. Along with his associates, David Suhocki, MHS, PA-C, Deanna Zimkus, MHS, PA-C, Dr. John Schmidt, Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, Iole Punzo-Mocabee and Aesthetician Carol Jurzyk, Dr. Ronald Jurzyk has been a double board Dermatologist/ Dermatopathologist since 1997.
Dr. Ronald Jurzyk founded the Advanced Dermatology Center after obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy. Dr. Jurzyk went on to graduate with his medical degree from Drexel University School of Medicine / Hahnemann in Philadelphia. After that Dr. Jurzyk completed his Dermatology Residency and Dermatopathology Fellowship in Philadelphia, Pennslyvannia. From here Dr. Jurzyk started his own practice in his hometown of Wolcott.
At Advanced Dermatology Center, our team of experts are here to address your skin concerns. We offer various general, surgical and cosmetic dermatological care. Additionally, many skincare products are available for purchase in the office including, SkinBetter Science, Jan Marini, and Skin Type Solutions.
Many cosmetic services are offered in our practice, which include but are not limited to, injectables, dermal fillers, laser hair removal, hydrafacials, and miconeedling.
