Good morning,
I was just thinking….What does it mean to “self-care”? It seems like a growing cliche. It’s a lot more than you may think! It doesn’t always mean expensive manicures or massages. Not always a getaway or a tropical vacation.
We need to self care DURING the chaos. Take a 5 min walk, go outside and look around for a while, even if its not sunny!! Take your attention away from the phone/computer. Call your friend… call! Not just text. Do things that bring you joy… even for 5-10 minutes. Then go back to the responsibilities. It is OK. 💕
