This Week’s Yoga Vibes 🌲✨

Tuesday we turn things up just a little 🔥
A fun, energizing vinyasa flow to wake up the body, build strength, and get everything moving and feeling alive. Expect some flow, a little sweat, and a lot of “ohhh that feels good.”

Thursday we soften it all down 🌙
Gentle flow, opening movements, and relaxing poses to unwind, stretch things out, and leave you feeling calm, cozy, and restored.

A little fire… a little melt… the perfect balance.
