We are thrilled to welcome Stacey Gibbons back to the Coalesce space for a 6 week series for Somatic Release! Starting Wednesday January 28th at 5:30 PM through March 4th.
In somatic yoga, you will utilize slow movements practiced in isolation and without force to expand awareness and increase physical vitality. Then building on finely articulated movement to build intelligence and awareness in the body and bilateral movements to create new pathways in the brain. Done mostly on the back, belly, and sides, you will use sliding, gliding, stretching and unwinding movements to hydrate and replenish the tissues, reduce fatigue, heal imbalances, and align the vertebral column.
