We agree that there had to be something better so, we created it! Winding Brook is a physician only practice. You will be able to build a true foundation for your health with Dr. Owen. She and her nurse, Laura, are the ones who answer the phone. We believe that health care belongs to you and the team you choose, not to administrators or paperwork or a provider you have never met! Our shortest scheduled visit is 30 minutes. And we believe that waiting weeks or months for an appointment is absolutely unacceptable. Our initial visit is 1.5 hours! (You read that correctly). We want to make sure we understand your unique situation and how your health impacts you.

Good Afternoon! We are now halfway through January. How are your New Year's Resolutions going?

Winding Brook will be offering a series of 20 small group informational sessions to the community.
We will unravel the myths and misinformation about obesity and begin building a strong foundation of knowledge! We will walk through why "exercise more and eat less" never seems to work and chew on how you may really actually truly be eating less than your friends and still gain weight! We will process the latest information on carbs and jump into how to exercise in this busy world! The list goes on and on.

Welcome to Winding Brook Direct Primary Care, PLLC! In the medical community, we are returning primary care to those who know it best, the patient and physician. We have seen the overworked, understaffed medical offices, where visits are rushed, wait times are long, and questions go unanswered. And this is not how primary care should be. So, we are changing it!
At Winding Brook, we offer one of the most valuable commodities we have to share. Time.
