Congratulations to Dr. Richard Neal Jr. the 2025 General James Wolfe Award Recipient!!
The annual award is presented in recognition of outstanding service and dedication to our community for the benefit of present and future residents, businesses and visitors.
When expressing how he lives, "Treat other people as you want to be treated," said Dr. Neal.
Chamber of Commerce Board President Jeremy Roberge presented the award this morning highlighting Dr. Neal's outstanding commitment to the community:
"Today, we will be recognizing an individual whose unwavering commitment and selfless service to our community over the past 38 years truly deserve our heartfelt appreciation.
This person embodies what it means to be a dedicated community leader. His journey of service is highlighted by his active involvement in numerous organizations, including the Rotary, the Masons, and the Shriners. Through his support for local initiatives such as The Village Players, the Lions Club, and the Kingswood Youth Center, he has not only sponsored essential causes but has also given his time and expertise to make a positive impact on countless lives.
Beyond financial contributions, he has volunteered countless hours coaching youth sports, instilling values of teamwork and discipline in our young athletes. His hands-on approach to community engagement shows his sincere desire to empower the next generation.
During the holiday season, his selflessness shines even brighter. Through his work with the Masons and Shriners, he has made it his mission to ensure that families in need feel the warmth and joy of the holidays. From providing winter clothing to delivering Christmas gifts and meals, he embodies the spirit of giving. He also plays a vital role in helping families in need keep their homes warm during the cold winter months.
As a dentist, he extends his commitment to health and wellness by offering dental services to underserved residents, veterans, and children. His ongoing participation in the Donated Dental Services program ensures that vital care reaches those who need it most.
His life’s work stands as a shining example of generosity and dedication. His impact resonates throughout our community and inspires us all to reach for the same heights of kindness and service.
