Hello much kneaded friends . This week I have Tuesday and Thursday availability:) some morning and early evening and Saturday morning . This week we will focus on some Thai yoga stretching , deep muscle work and Craniosacral therapy . Let’s clear our minds , feel balanced and come to a safe place and let all things go ! Aromatherapy can be added to any session if you’d like for a small fee !

Ooooooh I also forgot to ADD ….. now available is Castor oil therapy ! What is this you ask … well castor oil is very powerful for healing scar tissue , tissue damage , a natural laxative , fertility , also great for a facial massage:) I will use heat packs and heating pads which just adds to the healing !

Doing some lymphatic practice on myself and look at difference from left under to right 🙌😬❤️

Don’t mind my no makeup face but make your apts for lymphatic massage , or Thai yoga massage , or just come and let me beat you up … but true story :

I had a client mid 50’s couldn’t get down and cross their legs (indian style we called when little or cross cross apple sauce ) anyways 80 mins later and they got down and crossed their legs ! They cried , I cried it was amazing . It’s more than just “stretching” it’s deep compression work slowly working the body .

Make your apts . I have flexibility for mornings , early evenings and Saturdays !

2025 is the year of healing . Trauma , PTSD , physical and emotional or just your body has been through the ringer and needs some healing . As always deep therapeutic work is available but let’s deepen ourselves this year . Healing sessions can be 90 mins to 2 hours . This year I’m exited to be bringing back Thai yoga massage .yay ! Also much kneaded is adding lymphatic massage , EFT technique (woohoo ) and a few other amazing modalities . A healing session is for all BODIES , ALL TYPES OF HEALING and aromatherapy may be added unless instructed otherwise . During a healing session I will combine a few therapies between massage , Cranio , fascial release and just energetic practices . These can be emotional , tiring or even a feeling of being energized when clearing all things ! This will not get rid of it all , it will not just make you feel better permanently cause we are all a work in progress but it will feel amazing however you respond . Add ons available this year . Lymphatic for face and neck , scalp massage , and aromatherpy.

My kitchen and floors and bathrooms are not only beautifully clean and no residue or streaks left but cleaned 💯 natural with thieves cleaner !! I use the household cleaner add a little lemon and ahhhhhh soo good . I use only young living for emotional and physical healing in massage sessions aromatherapy does wonder but if you’re not using young living and bettering your household what are you really doing with your life 😉 lol I place orders monthly and I’d love to chat more about daily use of oils for cleaning , calming and helping with sickness can help your families ! ❤️Ladies …..sorry fellas , I am always very honest on skin issues , perimenopause issues etc … I don’t have all answers but with doing my own things and knowledge of oils and some supplements I’m really trying to balance hormones which is why I’ve been talking about essential oils sooo much ! Again this isn’t going to “cure” issues but I’ll tell ya what the exhaustion and imbalances that have come up I can say essential oils , walking , and trying to find balance has helped a TON . I don’t feel as crazy as normal and definitely way less pain ! SoMuch Kneaded Massage is now offering essential oil sessions to bring some balance and calm back into our bodies and help aid in the insanity ! We will consult and chat about things you’re concerned with and make a plan ! I’m excited to help bring some relief back into your lives …. I still have a couple openings this week and next week to fill for massage 🙂 Come relax , get stretched , deep therapy work or some emotional clearing and aromatherapy 🙂 either way just get on the table ! I’ve had some amazing intuitive and emotional work this week and I’m happy to be doing they again . I’ve worked on a few people with some trauma that did beautifully during their sessions . Trauma work is hard but each time you feel lighter and lighter . Lots of trust and being comfortable with me , and I work really hard at that !
