Congratulations to Dave Declemij on this milestone anniversary with Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions Australia! 👏

Dave started as a Mechanical Installer and quickly advanced to Lead Installer. Today, he helps train new installers, travels globally for installations, and continues to expand his expertise.

As a skilled Symbia and Biograph installer, his work has taken him to Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, India, Thailand, and he has completed specialized training in Germany.

Where did the summer go? We just sent off our Operations Intern, Augusto Yamasaki-Medina, after he completed his 12-week internship with Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions at our US headquarters in Wood Dale, Illinois.

There was never a dull moment this summer for Augusto, as he began his time participating in our weeklong Operations Workshop and ended it with hands-on experience in the field assisting with a rig and observing the installation of an Artis Icono Ceiling IR Pro. He spent the weeks in between diving deeper into our processes with a different Operations team member—shadowing and assisting Operations Management, Tools, Warehousing, Project Coordination, Transportation Coordination, and Training & Process Improvement—to see firsthand how .

Augusto leaves us to return to Virginia Tech, where he will complete his studies in Industrial Engineering.

Congratulations to Ryan Hensley on this milestone anniversary with Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions! 👏

Ryan started as a Medical Equipment Installer, bringing extensive RF shielding experience with him. He quickly advanced to Team Leader in the MRI modality, where he consistently delivered quality installs and excellent customer service.

Today, Ryan serves as Regional Manager for the Midwest, supporting both our technicians and customers with the same dedication and excellence he's shown since day one.

Our Australian installation team recently participated in a hands-on workshop exploring how neuroscience principles can build healthier, more engaged teams.

The team learned about the SCARF model—Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness, and Fairness—and how understanding these drivers helps improve trust and communication.

The team also smashed a record in one of the challenges, proving just how far effective collaboration can take us. Looking forward to follow-up discussions on how we’ll keep growing together!

Our Wood Dale headquarters came alive last month as 20 Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions team members from across the U.S. and Mexico gathered for our biannual North American Operations Team Workshop.

Throughout the week, the team:
- Collaborated in rotating breakout groups to tackle operational challenges
- Participated in process and quality training
- Connected with clients in Dallas
- Capped it all off with VR team-building and a celebratory dinner
