How can massage therapy benefit seniors?

As we age, it's common to lose spinal mobility. Maintaining cervical range of motion, especially rotation, is especially important.

Massage therapy can also help with the ability to walk independently. This can be done by maintaining or improving hip and thoracic extension. Good care can also help with tasks like reaching overhead or bending over.
