When Karen arrived at Nexus of Wood River at the end of October, she had one clear goal: to be home with her family for Christmas. 🎄 Through skilled nursing care and dedicated therapy services, that goal became a reality.

Karen’s determination, paired with a supportive care team, helped her regain strength and confidence along the way. 💪

They spent time with the animals and shopped in the gift shop. The weather was great and everyone enjoyed getting into the fall spirit! 🍂

We had a fun lunch for our staff last week! 🍽️ Thank you to all the people who provided dishes, time, and other items during this event.

We had White Chicken Chili made by our Dietary Manger Chasey. The Activity Department ran by Bayleigh hosted, cleaned up, and provided all the sweet treats. These people never let us down!
