We have a new addition to our yoga crew!!! Please welcome Heidi Webb ❤️❤️❤️

After a distinguished 26-year career dedicated to building support for the community as an international certified nonprofit fundraiser, Heidi has channeled her lifelong passion for service into a new chapter of helping others. Drawing on her belief that yoga is for everybody, she offers a diverse range of classes throughout the area designed to meet students exactly where they are.

Heidi will be teaching our LAST $5 community yoga class on Sat, Sept 6th at 9am and then moving forward, she will be teaching weekly on Saturday mornings at 9:30am. Heidi will also be leading Candlelight Yoga the 3rd Thursday of every month starting Oct 16th, at 6:30pm.

Please give her a warm welcome and book your place on the mat in her class today!

Day #7- last day of our challenge and we saved the best for last. Spread some love in your COMMUNITY!!! Lend a hand, leave positive messages (maybe some painted rocks or little signs), check on a neighbor, stop by a local store you’ve been meaning to check out. Find a way to bring some kindness and love into the little world around to you today.

Day 1! Donate to a charity.
There are so many ways to do this:

*Round up some household items/clothing you’ve been meaning to give away.
*Look through your kitchen and pull items that could be given to your local food pantry. (If any followers know of local ones that are in need of donations, please list them in the comments!)
*Volunteer somewhere that could use extra help.
*Donate books to your local free little library -if there’s one nearby.
*Give a few dollars to a charity that is meaningful to you or someone you love.
