We produce formulations for our own brands, as well as on a contract basis for distribution and marketing companies that share our commitment to products that truly improve people’s lives. Grato Holdings is celebrating Dr. Wilfred Otang Mbeng’s 1-year anniversary on August 26. Dr. Otang Mbeng, affectionately knowns “Dr. Wilfred”, currently works in the Georgia Lab as a Botanist and Data Analyst. Dr. Wilfred says the favorite part of his job is plant identification using microscopy and FT-IR and the classification of plant species using random forest. Dr. Wilfred resides in Pendergrass, Georgia with his wife, Emiline Otang and their three children, Nicolette: 19-years old, Chris: 17-years old and David: 11-year-old. Dr. Wilfred enjoys spending his free time shopping and playing Table Tennis.

Grato Holdings is celebrating Mike Taylor’s 8-year anniversary on August 21. Mike is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Mike says his favorite part about his role is interacting with the people at Grato, the customers, and the acquisition of Natural Care. Mike resides in Woodland Hills, Utah with his beautiful wife, Bonnie and their nine children, 31 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren. Mike enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, and his hobbies are, hunting, fishing, and travelling.

Grato Holdings is celebrating Dr. Tao Bai’s 27-year anniversary on August 19. Dr. Bai is the Lab Manager in Iowa and says his favorite aspect of his job include, conducting R&D, developing, and optimizing formulas, reviewing lab reports and DCR, as well as working on the development and modification of some analytical methods. Dr. Bai resides in Woodbine, Iowa with his wife, Jinhua Jia who also works for Grato as the Microbial Manager and their daughter, Sherry Bai, 39-years old. Dr. Bai’s hobbies are spending time in his vegetable garden.

Grato Holdings is celebrating Justin Klaahsen’s 5-year anniversary on August 17. Justin currently works as a Maintenance Technician and says that his favorite part of the job is the variety of different jobs that gets to do, from upgrading the facility, to projects like cleaning out and fixing the Phyto. Justin resides in Woodbine, Iowa with his wife, Kerri and their 1-year-old daughter, Addisyn. Justin enjoys collecting sports cards, playing video games, and spending time with his daughter. Justin’s hobbies also include riding his motorcycle with friends.

Grato Holdings is celebrating Ronda Probasco’s 31-year anniversary on June 20. Ronda is currently the Sales and MRP Manager, and has held positions in Customer Service, Labeling, Inventory, Purchasing and Fulfillment. Ronda says her favorite part of the job is the relationships that she has developed over the years with her co-workers. Ronda states that she works with a wonderful team of people that she can depend on each and every day. She resides in Woodbine with her husband Gene of 49 years in August 2025. Ronda and Gene have three sons, Jason, Josh, and Jeremy, as well as 12 grandchildren - 6 boys and 6 girls. Ronda enjoys gardening and growing flowers, decorating for different holidays and most of all spending time with her family Thank you Ronda, we appreciate everything you do.

Dana says her favorite part of the job is seeing that no two projects are the same and enjoys what new challenges everyday may bring. Dana resides in Moorhead with her significant other, Brendon and their four children, Aubree - 12, Walter – 10, Julienne – 8, and Ryan – 6. Dana enjoys exploring caves and travelling.

Grato Holdings is celebrating Claudia De Leon’s 1-year anniversary on May 6. Claudia currently works as a Production Technician in Georgia. Claudia says her favorite part of the job is the collaborative teamwork with her coworkers, as well as learning things about the products we run. She finds it all interesting. Claudia resides in Gillsville, GA with her husband, Ignacio and they have three Sons: Jose – 28 years, Christopher – 26 years, and Eduardo – 18 years. Claudia has three Grandchildren, Genesis – 7 years, Damely – 4 years and Geovanny – 2 years. Claudia’s hobbies are reading and listening to music.

Grato Holdings is celebrating Sherri Vasquez’s 20-year anniversary on May 3. Sherri works in Customer Service as the Customer Service Supervisor. Sherri says her favorite part of the job is working with her amazing team. Sherri states that her team makes her job very enjoyable and always makes the job easier. The team goes above and beyond to make sure that our customers are happy and have the best experience when they contact us. Sherri resides in Woodbine, IA with her husband, Michael and they have two daughters: Tiffany and Brianna, her Sons-in-law, Zack and Clayton and two grandchildren, Brayton – 5 years and Ruxton – 3 months. Sherri enjoys going on family vacations and spending time with family and friends, as well as being outside or reading when she has time.

Grato Holdings is celebrating Toni’s 19-year anniversary on April 17th. Toni is a Customer Service Representative at our Iowa facility and has been in this position for all of her 19 years she has been with us. Toni loves not only educating our customers but also fellow employees on all of our brands and products but even more so seeing and hearing how much the products benefit them. She especially enjoys assisting her coworkers whenever she can, especially teaching them phone techniques. In her spare time, Toni enjoys reading, crocheting, crafting, gardening, planting flowers and just being outdoors. Toni lives on an acreage outside of town and enjoys spending time with her family: Joshua (son), Randall (stepson), Darrel (stepson) and Travis (Stepson), Riley (13)(Grandson), Connor (16) (Grandson), Roger(6) (Grandson), Weston(6) (Grandson), Wilder(4)(Grandson).

In her current role, she enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking. Amabel also enjoys the outdoors and trying new things, especially when it involves spending time with her family. Amabel resides in Gainesville, Georgia with her two kids: a 13-year-old son and a 3-year-old daughter.

Grato Holdings is celebrating Jesus’s 1-year anniversary on March 12th. Jesus is the Inventory Specialist and serves as the back-up in Shipping and Receiving at our Georgia facility. Jesus’s favorite part of the job is the challenge it presents, it helps him to continue to learn and develop his skills in other departments, as well as helping him communicating in English, as Spanish is his native language. Jesus resides in Gainesville, Georgia, but is originally from Puerto Rico. Jesus loves walking and watching sports on TV. Jesus also enjoys reading about History, Philosophy and learning about investments.
