Grato Holdings Grato Holdings is the parent company for several homeopathic companies We manufacture homeopathic remedies, herbal products, and nutritional supplements.

We produce formulations for our own brands, as well as on a contract basis for distribution and marketing companies that share our commitment to products that truly improve people’s lives. Grato Holdings celebrated Theresa’s 23-year anniversary on January 6. Theresa currently works in Quality Assurance as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Previously, Theresa worked in T&C compounding and packaging, as well as Specialty, the Homeopathic lab and in Production on the bottling line. Theresa’s favorite part about her job is the coworkers she has met in the last 23 years at Apotheca/Grato Holdings. Theresa resides in Dunlap, IA with her husband, Wade. They have seven grandchildren: Kristin (20), Allison (17), Paytin (16), Jon (14), Dextin (12), Melody (7) and Hayley (4). Theresa enjoys warmer weather, riding in the convertible and camping. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Grato Holdings celebrated Ronda’s 13-year anniversary on January 9. Ronda currently works in Fulfillment, and her favorite part of the job is the people she works with. Ronda says she could not ask for a better crew. Ronda resides in Pisgah, IA with her husband Mike Colemen. They have a son, Justin and three grandchildren: grandsons Jonah and Owen and granddaughter Zella. Ronda enjoys camping, jigsaw puzzles, and hanging with family and friends seeing concerts.

He loves knowing that we spend every day helping people. Tim resides in Woodbine, IA with wife Jana, and their two sons, Payton, (22) and John (15). Grato Holdings is celebrating Slim’s 6-year anniversary on December 31. Slim is the Vice President of Innovations and Science based at our Georgia facility. Slim’s favorite part of the job is coming together with like-minded colleagues to create amazing natural products and hearing the laughter of his co-workers. Slim resides in Flowery Branch, Georgia with his wife, Alena (she is the Brand and Sustainable Sourcing Manager for Apotheca) and says he is his wife’s only child! Slim enjoys walking, hiking, meditating, and practicing yoga, as well as mostly spending time with his wife, Alena.

Alena’s favorite part of the job is working with everyone at Grato and bringing new Bold Botanica products to life, with steady growth and outreach. Grato Holdings is celebrating Cody Malone’s 4-year anniversary on December 7th. Cody works in Quality as our Quality Supervisor and has previously held the position of Validation Specialist. Cody says his favorite part about his job is problem solving and data analysis, as well as getting the Munson Project off the ground; whereby increasing our powder blending capacity sixfold. All while working with some of the best people every day. In Cody’s free time, he enjoys coaching and assisting local sports, family BBQ’s and cheering on the Hawks and Mustangs. Cody resides in Woodbine, IA with his wife Jodi and their two children: son, Easton (14) and daughter, Emy (12).

Grato Holdings is celebrating Curtis Lind’s 1-year anniversary on November 18. Curtis is currently a Sales Specialist at our Iowa facility, and he says his favorite thing about sales is getting to know all the customers and helping them meet their needs with quality products. Curtis resides in Woodbine, IA with his wife Diana and their children, Katelyn, 15-years old and Logan, 10-years old. Grato Holdings is celebrating Roy Hinds Jr’s 2-year anniversary on November 13. Roy currently works as a Process Operator in the Large Tank Extractions area and says his favorite part of his job is the ability to work together as a team and introduce new ideas to make the process more efficient. Roy and his wife Sade enjoy hanging with their two Great-Grand Daughters, Lola 3-years old and 2-year old Laiken. As well as their Grand Kids, Savannah 29-years old and Cody 18-years old, and their daughter, Chrissy. In Roy’s spare time, he enjoys playing bass guitar, singing in a band of local Gainesville musicians, as well as working on home projects and spending time with his wife.
