🌑 New Moon in Capricorn 🌑
Right now, I’m in a chapter of building — not just a business (exciting details to come!), but a life that feels aligned with who I am. Capricorn energy is asking me to get real, set boundaries, and lay foundations that will actually last. A life that I can relax into, rather than run from. A life that I enjoy building brick by brick, rather than seeking the ladder to climb out of.

This moon isn’t about perfection. Time is always slipping between my fingers, challenging me to balance my passion and my physical needs to rest, refuel, recharge. This new moon is about showing up, taking responsibility for my growth, and honoring the small steps that matter. Discernment to define the frog that needs eating first, and feel satisfied that is enough.

If you’re feeling the pull to create something meaningful in your life, lean into this energy! Light a candle, write out your intentions, and ground yourself in the tangible steps forward you can take this month.

We don’t step into a new year—we cross a threshold.
The tide shifts. The old skins loosen.
Something ancient stirs beneath the noise.

This year, Wild Cosmos Yoga is answering a call we can no longer ignore.

A gathering for those who feel the pull of the wild, the sensual, the intuitive—
for those who know rest can be ritual, movement can be spellwork, and the body is not a problem to fix but an oracle to listen to.

We’ll move and breathe beneath towering redwoods.
We’ll walk to the ocean’s edge, where land ends and remembering begins.
We’ll work with sound, energy, and the living land itself—hands in sand, voices in resonance, nervous systems finally exhaling.

This is not an escape.
It’s a return.

I can’t say how much working with Crystal has transformed my life and influenced my confidence to tip toe towards facilitating the sacred spaces we seek - a cosmic dance of wishing and waiting, or willing and instilling 💖

From West Coast to East Coast, then skips across the Atlantic pond on our spiritual journey to Glastonbury and our Outlander time travels through Scotland, every experience has built from the last, planting seeds of inspiration and growth in each spiral of the cycle.

It is my honor to dream and co-conspire this space for whimsical play and conscious contemplation, to curate tiny moments in time and space that will bring each of us to our inner temple. To find the quiet in nature and sanctuary- here you will be able to hear the call of your Siren Self - she who urges you to step into the power of all that you desire and inherently deserve! 🧜‍♀️✨💖

🌕Scorpio Full Moon Circle🌝
Today we let ourselves truly feel into the yuck, the funk, the frustration, the sticky emotional tar that has been surfacing in this month’s high energy.

The eclipse portal in mercury retrograde, followed by the intensity of Scorpio full moon, left lots of residual frustration, anger, tension, resistance, and general grouch to be tended to. The acknowledgement of our humanness, our acceptance of these emotions without judgment or shame for our feelings, to allow and embrace the bitter along with the sweet, this was our medicine.

Movement to clear stagnant waters, and restful ease back into the present. We released frustration of the past and anxiety of the future.

We tapped into our power to own our emotions, to allow ourselves to feel fully and release blame, shame, or reliance on the external to shape our internal experience. Our power to shift and transform, or to simply sit and listen. To be whatever we choose in this moment.
