Amazing weekend at the OTs in Pelvic Health Summit! While I love speaking and attending every year, this one just hit different. What a great mix of new and seasoned pelvic health OTs and OT-adjacents (looking at you , , , ). I was terrible about taking pictures, but here are just a few. Thank you so much to and for continuing to host this amazing event. Feeling refreshed, empowered, and a little emotional- but in a good way… it’s a great day to save some pelvic floors!

This course will provide foundational knowledge that can be applied across populations and specialties. It’s a great jumping off point to begin incorporating these strategies into practice! Once you’re comfortable with some basic concepts, join me again in the coming months to dig deeper into specific urinary, bowel, and pelvic pain strategies!
