Reiki flowing to gently but to the full effect, transmute, heal, clear, bring to awareness, let go of unhealthy habits, fears, phobias, frustration, agitation, irritability, that are stuck, rooted in the emotional and mental fields of your soul. As the unhealthy is clearing the Reiki is replenishing the areas where that stuck energy was. Be aware of the areas or muscles of your body that tighten up, and or be aware of resistance, or irritability to receiving. Also be aware of yourself feeling relaxed and your eyes gently closing when I sweep my hands across the screen. Have an open heart and mind to receive, watch as many times as needed, share with friends, contact me to schedule Distant sessions. This isn't fireworks, this is gentle, subtle soft energy. I am not the healer, you are your own healer, I am the channel to which you are receiving, the Reiki does the work within you, through you, on you all around you and all about you.
