Last dance!! Join us this morning at 9:45 AM My Bodyoga for a heartfelt final dance & yoga class at the studio, infused with Reiki love. As we move to the timeless melodies of the Beatles, let’s celebrate the beautiful journey we’ve shared. This journey with ya all has been a labor of love, and this class has been one of my favorite to teach born out of my Love for The Beatles & you! Also a blast traveling to festivals, blending this yogic expression with the incredible people who show up to be free. Today marks both an end and a new beginning, and together we’ll honor this transition with gratitude and joy. I look forward to sharing this special moment with you.

Patricio
Ramirez is a dedicated Vinyasa Krama yoga teacher who began his yoga practice five years ago. His approach emphasizes a progressive practice, guiding students from gentle movements to more complex poses. Patricio loves the structured sequence and mindful approach to each pose, which makes it both a physical and meditative practice, he values the gradual development within Vinyasa Krama, helping students experience physical and mental growth. His goal is to help students release tension, enjoy their practice, and overcome any fear of yoga, by fostering a natural and enjoyable flow in each session. Patricio is passionate about sharing his love for yoga in a way that inspires and empowers his students.
