Olivia is a dear friend and visionary. Your desire to gather women’s voices in connection to Mother Earth is powerful, intentional, and so deeply needed. Last dance!! Join us this morning at 9:45 AM My Bodyoga for a heartfelt final dance & yoga class at the studio, infused with Reiki love. As we move to the timeless melodies of the Beatles, let’s celebrate the beautiful journey we’ve shared. This journey with ya all has been a labor of love, and this class has been one of my favorite to teach born out of my Love for The Beatles & you! Also a blast traveling to festivals, blending this yogic expression with the incredible people who show up to be free. Today marks both an end and a new beginning, and together we’ll honor this transition with gratitude and joy. I look forward to sharing this special moment with you.
