Today would have been my dad’s 97th birthday. He passed away in 2018 of CHF, after a number of visits to the hospital, rehab, back to the hospital, and so on. I still have PTSD as I watched him suffer with horrendous care from understaffed facilities, until I packed up and left my husband in charge of 3 school aged children so I could stay with my dad. Day and night, sleeping on chairs, so I could tend to his every need, with joy and complete dedication.

After he passed, I vowed to help as many people as I could by creating a beautiful and loving home, with the best staff, dedicated to our seniors. And so, thanks to my supportive , entrepreneurial husband, Evermore Senior Living was born. Here’s to you dad. Happy birthday. I hope you are proud of what we have built in your memory.

🎉 We’re officially open — Evermore #2 has launched! 🏡

We are thrilled to announce that Evermore Senior Living has received its Certificate of Occupancy for our second home in Lake Ridge, and the doors are now open!

This purpose-built residence was designed from the ground up to offer concierge-quality assisted living in a comfortable, non-institutional environment — a true home for our residents.

Every room is under contract, and we’re carefully onboarding new residents throughout the month to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality care without overwhelming our staff. Both homes are currently at full capacity, but we are maintaining a waiting list for future openings.

Huuuuuuge Progress!

We made it through all of the county inspections for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage wiring, and most importantly our fire suppression (sprinkler) system.

Now, were off and running with insulation, sheetrock, trim, etc.

A Year of Joy: Memorable Activities at Evermore Senior Living

2024 has been a year filled with laughter, creativity, and connection at Evermore Senior Living! Residents enjoyed a variety of engaging activities, from exciting football tailgate parties to relaxing knitting circles and weekly manicures in our salon. Creative spirits flourished with painting sessions, while lively board games brought friendly competition. The year was also filled with music, thanks to incredible performances by visiting musical groups that brightened everyone’s days. Evermore continues to create a vibrant, enriching environment where residents can thrive and make lasting memories.
