Welcome to the plastic surgery practice of Doctor Jeffrey Arons and Doctor Marvin Arons. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us.

In practice since 1995, Doctor Jeffrey Arons has completed training in both general and plastic surgery, and completed an extra year of fellowship training in hand surgery. He provides all aspects of general plastic and reconstructive surgery, including treatment of the aging face, microdermabrasion, Botox®, injectable fillers, facelifts, carbon dioxide laser treatment, liposuction, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), breast augmentation, breast reduction, intense pulsed light (IPL) treatment, surgery after weight loss, burn care and wound care, scar and keloid surgery, moles and birth marks, melanoma, skin cancer, nerve surgery, broken bones of the hand and wrist, wrist arthroscopy, all aspects of surgery of the hand and wrist, arthritis surgery, and carpal tunnel surgery including minimally invasive endoscopic carpal tunnel release.

It looks like we’re going to get a considerable amount of snow today. ❄️ The office will be closed tomorrow morning. We will reassess our afternoon once we know what the roads are like. Be safe everyone!

Does your finger lock up? You may have trigger finger. Unlike some other hand/wrist conditions, a trigger finger will not heal with use of a splint. The problem is inflammation which can often be reduced with a steroid injection. Although an injection is easy and quick, it only works about 50% of the time. If the injection fails or wears off, surgery becomes your option.

Trigger finger surgery is done under local anesthesia, as an outpatient, right in our office. It takes about 30 minutes with sutures in place for 10 days. Other than surgery day, there is no work missed!

Happy 2026! After an amazing week with the babies, we are all back in the office for the start of this very cold new year! It looks like everyone will stay put for the remainder of the month! Except for Lauren, she’ll be off again next week! 😂 PapaJ LOVED his time with Caden and Sloane!

As 2025 draws to a close, and we head out for the remainder of the week, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank you, our dear patients, for the trust you place in us every day. We have been happily treating Southern New England for nearly 62 years! It is always our honor and privilege to take care of you!

Our office is closed today and will remain so thru the weekend. Next week, we’ll be in the office on Monday and then Tuesday morning before we close up again for the New Year break.

We are operating on limited hours thru the New Year. Our office staff is enjoying some much needed time away enjoying the holidays. We love our occasional time away during the year, but then we work extra hard when we’re here!
