         I am 5 ½ months out of surgery and I have lost 100 lbs.  More importantly, I am healthier than I have ever been.  I am running and training to run (2) 5k's this summer.  My ultimate running goal is to run a half marathon.  I am well on my way.  I feel better than I have in 20 years.      Ha...
