Each individuals massage is tailored to your muscle needs using a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, trigger point/acupressure, deep tissue, soft tissue release and stretching. With over 13 years of experience in massage I am dedicated to providing you with healing and compassionate care to rejuvenate your mind and body. Balanced Bodywork offers the ability to schedule side-by-side massage in conjunction with Simplicity Massage.
