OK, so apparently we’ve got some tornado warnings for Northern Virginia today. Prestige Chiropractic plans on being opened for normal hours, but no cancellation fees today if you have to reschedule. The real problem, folks, is that you’ve gotten patterned in the same positions and activities daily. You must diversify (and load) different movements. Yoga, functional lifting, etc regularly will save you a ton of potential time and resources in correcting a pain/injury issue.
