Reiki literally translates into ‘universal life force energy,’ which is the energy that comes from universal and divine sources, and while I am channeling this energy, it is divinely guided. This energy can be used to heal you on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. With reiki, I am also able to re-align your chakras. Chakras are major energy wheels in the body which are related to different aspects of your well-being. When they are aligned, the body better carries energy through it, revitalizing itself. It is possible for reiki to help alleviate slight physical aches and pains, although the results of the session will vary from person to person. Besides physical pains, it is also possible reiki can help alleviate mental, emotional, and spiritual pains, but again, I stress that results can and will vary from each and every person. Each session is unique, and while reiki should not be considered a cure-all for every problem, it can be a great natural and holistic approach. Reiki can never be used for harm; it can only heal.
