Every Thursday evening 7-8pm PST. An ideal evening yoga session that rejuvenates and calms the body and mind through this Hatha yoga practice. Awaken the spirit through movement, awareness of body and mind with breath work weaved in through the pose. This class involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures; and will modify postures to encourage students to develop a deeper awareness and steadiness in the classic postures. This practice can produce some internal heat, with a purifying circulation that detoxifies muscles, organs and the mind. ��Shannan weaves a flowing sequences together creating a sense of empowerment, learning to trust your intuition, choices, and body. Leaving the class physically, mentally, and spiritually refreshed. This class is mixed level and appropriate for beginners.
