The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living selects one leader from each state for its annual “Future Leaders of Long Term Care in America” program. It is by no surprise that this year, our very special Michele Nixon was chosen.
Michele is the Regional Director of Operations, where she helps train and guide administrators. With more than 30 years of experience working as an administrator and social services director, she also brings an abundance of joy, warmth and sensitivity to our homes and staff.
She is the definition of a servant leader, and deserves every bit of recognition. Thank you, Michele!
