Last week, we enjoyed such a beautiful outing to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm. 🌷

We soaked up the sunshine, breathed in the fresh air, and admired all the colorful flowers in bloom! All the ladies looked absolutely amazing, and it was so special to share those moments together. We even got to snap a picture of one of our friend’s beloved baby doll, who she cares for so sweetly, it made the day even more special.☀

Here comes the sun, doo doo doo doo… ☀️

We are soaking up this beautiful weather and making the most of these sunny days! This week, we enjoyed watercolor painting, decorating lovely bouquets, playing bingo outside, and even hosting our tea party outdoors. We also had a blast playing balloon volleyball and so much more that we just didn’t capture on camera!

So many smiles and laughs, and special moments 💚 We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week brings!

This week was full of fun and laughter! We had a great time playing bingo and even won some fun prizes. We also got creative with crafts, making Hungry Caterpillar leaves that will be proudly displayed on next month’s bulletin boards. 🐛

Our Red Hat Tea Party was a hit, with yummy treats and more bingo fun to enjoy. On top of that, we spent some relaxing time getting our hair and nails done, and we wrapped up the week listening to some lively music. It was truly a wonderful week filled with joy and great company!🩷

Yesterday we soaked up the sunshine and took a little outing to The Human Bean where we enjoyed some smoothies and yummy treats! From there, we went on a peaceful country drive, where we spent the time sharing stories, singing songs, and just being present with one another.

Here’s a little photo dump of activities so far this month 💚

We picked up some more beautiful flowers to decorate for our tea party with the ladies, our residents truly have such a great eye for picking the prettiest ones 🌸

We also enjoyed some wonderful live music with Chuck Smith, which had everyone smiling and singing along 🎶 And we were grateful to spend time listening to hymns and sharing a moment of prayer with Ron and Jeanne.

Of course, we couldn’t forget one of our favorites… BINGO with friends!! Always a good time filled with laughter and a little friendly competition.

Last week we took a little outing to Burgerville, and it was so much funnn!🍔Everyone enjoyed some delicious burgers and some great conversation together.

Last month we took a sweet little trip with some of our residents to a cute flower stand in Molalla, and it ended up being the most perfect day. The sky was completely clear, so on our drive we even got a beautiful view of Mt. Hood! We sang fun songs, enjoyed the sunshine, and just soaked up the moment together.

Things got so busy that I never had the chance to post about it… but here it is! And yes, we brought home some gorgeous flowers that we used to brighten up our dining rooms and for our Red Hat tea party. 💐

Earlier this month, our hearts were absolutely FULL! The wonderful students from Lincoln Elementary stopped by to hand-deliver Valentine’s Day cards to our residents and it was truly the sweetest sight. ❤️

There was laughter, joy, and so many special moments. Thank you, Lincoln Elementary, for making our community feel so loved!💗

We had such a fun week here at Heartwood Place! 💕From darts battles and a nature scavenger hunt to our Valentine’s tea party filled with bingo, crafts, and lots of giggles. It was nonstop fun!

Even the rainy day turned into an adventure with a little drive, hot cocoa, and pastries. We wrapped it all up with super cup toss, more crafting, and some relaxing hair-and-nail pampering.

Already excited for the next round of fun!❤
