This weekend was a reminder that philosophy isn’t something you study, it’s something you’re gifted…usually by a mentor if you’re willing to catch it.

Grateful for the time, wisdom, and intentional pouring-in from Claude Lessard, DC during our Diplomate of the Academy of Chiropractic Philosophers at Truly a top mentor of mine.

True mentorship doesn’t give answers, it refines thinking.

Wrapping up 3 additional years for my diplomate and this last weekend together reminded us learning isn’t about accumulating knowledge.

It’s about cultivating stewardship of principles so they can be lived, taught, and expressed with integrity.

This last model ended with a conversation around Joe Strauss’ book Higher Ground. Reminding us, philosophy matters, not just as theory, but as the foundation for how we serve, lead, and contribute to society.

Grateful. Grounded. Aligned.

This Christmas, I’m reminded how short our time on earth really is…

Wake up if you’re scrolling right now and need to be reminded that someone else’s’ voice doesn’t matter-yours does!

This past year taught me that tone is revealed not in control, but in coherence.

In someone reaching out to you with their hand and you being open enough to accept it.

In choosing to be present rather than rushing past what matters….Slow down and smell life please.

Time moves quickly. Faster than we realize.

This year awoken a new word for me…Tone.

Tone isn’t just in music, force or being in control.

It’s connection.

It’s what makes the chaos organization.

As the year closes, I’m grateful for the reminders that life isn’t measured by how much we do, but by how deeply we show up. For the lessons that came through loss and moments that will never be repeated have taught me that expansion comes when you love more and learn more.

Looking ahead, my intention for the year to come is simple:

Less distraction.
More presence.
Less tension.
More meaning.

May this season remind us to slow down, hold what matters, and live aligned with what truly lasts.

Grateful for another packed weekend of learning, growth, and connection at of Chiropractic as I continue my Diplomate in Chiropractic Philosophy (DACP).

Each session deepens my understanding of chiropractic’s foundational principles and their living expression through tone, tension, and coherence. Being surrounded by mentors and brothers from Delta Sigma Chi who continue to embody the passion of chiropractic reminds me how powerful it is to stay connected to our roots ->>>

Iron sharpens iron…
Philosophy strengthens practice…
Tone tells the truth!
