This week at SPENGA Woodbury, we’re celebrating the people who help make this studio feel like home.

Our instructors and front desk staff pour so much into this community every single day — from early mornings and high energy sessions to encouragement, support, accountability, smiles, music, cleaning, organizing, and all the little things behind the scenes that keep this place running.

So this week, we’re inviting members to “Leave a Little Love.”

There is a box at the front desk where you can leave notes for our staff to be distributed later this week.

You can:
• Write a note at the studio (check with the front desk for cards)
• Bring a note/card from home
• Leave a note for the entire team or for individual staff members

Whether it’s gratitude, encouragement, a favorite memory, or simply a quick thank you… we know it will mean so much to them.

This studio is special because of the people in it, and we’re so grateful for our incredible team and community. 💚

From lower body power to chest + back, core work, TRX, BOSU, and total body training… this week’s programming is designed to help you build strength that carries over into real life.

Stronger in the studio. Stronger outside the studio.

Consistency adds up, and every session matters. Proud of our members for continuing to show up, put in the work, and take care of themselves one workout at a time.

Also, this week is Staff Appreciation Week! We are so grateful for our incredible instructors and front desk team who make SPENGA Woodbury what it is.

At SPENGA, we celebrate every step forward because progress doesn’t look the same for everyone. Sometimes it’s building strength. Sometimes it’s creating a routine again. Sometimes it’s simply choosing yourself more often.
